Season

Well i think the cod season is over there's loads of west winds forecast so
i guess the cod/codling  will move out into deeper water and feed on
the sprat so i guess its flattys and plaice till the macky come in still might
also there's the bass to go at as well.

Going to give eyemouth and abbs ago in the summer and try a few other new
marks up that way might even try a session over the mull and maryport for
a few plaice also try a few days out on the boat not very good on boats but
i keep on trying. lol

lol and he was back on track it was a fish a chuck for the both of us
great night and some nice whiting biggest 1lb 5oz and the rest around
the 1lb mark we kept 8 for the table it was whiting all night apart from
1 coalie fish were taking any bait ya put out our Jackson was casting
and he wasn't even putting the rod on the stand and he was getting a bite

With the water still having a nice swell running in and after Fridays blank

there about 3.30pm water was still a canny way so wasn't expecting much
till it got dark and the tide came in a bit but it was very slow only out Jackson
managed a codling out a little stumpy.

That was it for the codling last time we were down there we had a few cod out in
the same conditions but it wasn't to be i managed a flatty and a whiting just before
high water the rubbish start so we packed up and headed home.
